Free ground shipping is available on footwear purchases of $75.00 or more for delivery within the contiguous United States. Additionally, your first footwear exchange will be shipped out at no additional charge.
You may also select a variety of shipping upgrades. We recommend upgrading your shipping if you require faster delivery.
If you choose a shipping upgrade, nominal fees will be applied for Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day or "Ground" shipping options. (Shipping charges do not apply to personalization services or taxes.). Contact us if you select a shipping upgrade but are unable to receive deliveries by UPS.

Is international shipping available?
Not at this time.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
Yes. Although free shipping is available only to ups deliverable addresses.
What if I order more than one item and they are shipped separately?
You will only be charged one shipping charge no matter how many items ordered or when they are delivered to you.
How do I cancel an order?
Your order may be cancelled by emailing us at customer service. When canceling you must include your order number. The order can only be canceled if it has not already been shipped. If you need to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible.
Free 2 way shipping on exchanges includes the cost of shipping the original boot (1) and the cost of shipping your replacement product (2).
In the rare instance when we make a mistake, we will do our very best to rectify it. If we're given a non-deliverable or otherwise incorrect address and the package is returned or must be rerouted, a $15 charge will be applied to your order to cover the excess shipping fees.
